From Edinburgh
1.5 hours north of Edinburgh by car, from Edinburgh take the A90 and over the Forth Road Bridge continuing on the A90, when you reach Dundee head right along the Riverfront past the Airport and Mal is just opposite the train station, also follow signs for Discovery Ship and Tay Road Bridge (can also take the Fife coastal route for a more scenic journey and come into Dundee over the Tay Road Bridge, this will take about 2 hours from Edinburgh).
From Glasgow
2 hours north east of Glasgow by car, take the M80 then the A9, following signs for Perth, at the Broxden Junction take the A90 for Dundee, Again when you reach Dundee take the right turn along the Riverfront past the Airport and we are just opposite the train station, and Discovery Ship and Tay Road Bridge
From Aberdeen
80 minutes south of Aberdeen by car, take the A90, when you come into Dundee take the left turn onto the Kingsway and then right onto the A92 onto the Riverfront, you will pass a retail outlet with TK Maxx and Matalan then again straight on for the Railway Station, Tay Road Bridge and Discovery Ship.

Head north toward Riverside Dr/A85. Turn right onto Riverside Dr/A85, go through 2 roundabouts. Turn left to stay on Riverside Dr/A85. Turn right onto S Marketgait/A991. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Aberdeen/A92/Harbour/A991 and merge onto A991. Slight left onto Commercial St. Turn left onto Dock St. Malmaison Dundee will be on the right.
